The candidate will be a “hands-on” developer; will manage his/her own work; will coordinate and provide quality assurance of outside contractors; will interact with clients and internal creative and business teams.

We are looking for the following skills and preferences:

• Develop, implement, and maintain web-based systems (Internet, Extranet, and Intranet sites)
• Oversee the technical aspects of new and existing projects
• Communicate and work with clients in regards to technical aspects of the project
• Communicate and manage subcontractors working on client projects
• Have knowledge of, and use, a variety of standard development concepts, practices, and procedures within the following technologies: .NET, HTML, SQL, Visual Basic, Javascript, CGI, etc.
• Enjoy entrepreneurial situations and high-growth opportunities
• Thrive in a collaborative, casual atmosphere
• Requires a wide degree of creativity, flexibility and problem solving
